【Airway Management】 Chest seal is an occlusive adhesive dressing designed for the treatment of both entry/exit or multiple penetrating injuries. Vented chest seal is used on the front chest while the non-vented on the back. NPA (nasopharyngeal airway) with lubricants can be inserted through the nasal passage down into the posterior pharynx to secure an open airway of the casualty.
